ArcServeでの仮想マシンバックアップエラーAE11006 & AW0553

ArcServeを使用して仮想マシンのVDDKバックアップ実行時に、以下のエラーでジョブが失敗することがあります。

AW0553 Unable to create sub-session metadata for the volume C:.
AE11006 Failed to map an index block to its correct volume block. AnIndexAlloc Error has occurred. Cannot locate VCN. (VCN=[virtual clusternumber])

解決方法：
仮想マシンでC:\Windows\Temp 内をクリアし、VMWARE-* フォルダを消します。
※プロセスが掴んでいたりして消せないファイルもありますが、VMWARE-*フォルダが全て消えていれば大丈夫なようです。
